Sarah Hohman is a Senior Associate for Capitol Associates, Inc. where
she focuses primarily on rural health issues as the Director of
Government Affairs for the National Association of Rural
Health Clinics (NARHC). Sarah has been a fierce advocate of
childhood cancer prevention and research for much of her life in
honor of her friend Sean, a childhood cancer survivor.

Sarah attended Penn State in major part so that she could join the
Penn State Dance Marathon (THON™) and put her passion for these
efforts to work. Sarah was involved with THON™ in a variety of capacities, including as a Donor and Alumni Relations Chair for Springfield, a special interest organization, and as a Merchandise and Family Relations Captain leading the Adopt-A-Family Program, connecting hundreds of student organizations with Four Diamonds families. As a fundraising chair, Sarah helped the organization raise over $143,000 for THON™ 2020.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University in 2021 and her Master of Public Health degree from the Penn State College of Medicine in 2022.
Sarah resides in Alexandria, VA. She enjoys exploring the outdoors - especially kayaking and hiking, spending time with her family and friends, riding her Peloton, reading, and baking.
